- Eligibility for Exchange:
We accept exchanges only for the following categories:
- Shoes
- Women’s wear
- Men’s wear
- Products that are missing or incorrect
We Do not accept returns.
- Time Limit:
You must initiate the exchange process within 3 days of receiving the product. Any exchange requests made after this period will not be entertained.

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we understand that there may be instances where an exchange is necessary. Our exchange policy applies specifically to apparel and footwear categories and is limited to size and color issues.
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Visit your profile on our website and navigate to the “Orders” section. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at support@handloomcenter.com. If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team (Chat bot or email) within 3 days of receiving the product and provide the necessary details.
b. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.
c. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) or in a suitable alternative.
When reaching out to us, kindly provide a clear and concise explanation of the problem you’re experiencing and why you require an exchange. Including relevant photos of the product will greatly assist our team in assessing the situation.
Please note that our response time may take up to 24 hours. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review your request.
If your exchange is eligible, it must meet the following criteria:
- The product should not have been damaged while in your possession.
- The product received should match the item that was shipped to you.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, the MRP tag intact, the user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories that were included.
